Default Improving my MPG 5.4 V8

Any ideas on how to improve my mpg’s ? I’ve done all the regular preventative maintenance and I don’t hear any bad ticking or miss fires ( assuming it would sound like crap w poor performance and engine lights on, correct ?), just used to get around 15-16 now it’s 12-13. 150k miles and I’ve swapped all the Drive train fluids recently. Should I clean or change the MAF Ssensor ? I don’t have any light or codes showing up either . thanks again

the 5.4's are gas guzzlers as it is. but you are getting worst than average. at 150k miles i have to ask if the spark plugs have ever been replaced? old, worn out plugs can significantly impact gas mileage in a negative way

Did you replace the boots and springs? clean throttle body... clean MAF sensor.

Replace air filter, check air pressure, disconnect the battery negative cable for 15 mins to allow the system to reset and go back into learning mode.

No I have not replaced the boots and springs. New air filter was put in recently.
