Question Idle Problem

I have an intermittent idle problem. 2009 F150 SuperCrew, 2WD, 4.6L 3V. The truck will be running fine, but when I come to a stop light, slow down, the idle will keep going down, get rough, and then the engine dies. It will start, but not cleanly, It will "struggle" to start, but finally will, It does not do it all the time. It may do it twice in a day, but then does not happen again for a week or so. It has been happening intermittently now for about a month. No other problems evident. Check engine light has not come on.

Thanks for any suggestions.

I would start by cleaning the throttle body and MAF with the proper cleaners...
