I think I'm making it out to be worse than it is. I'd say the pwr lock motor seized closed so they cut it.
All the stuff you see hanging down is all wrapped together, so at least all the hack job is localized. I have an alarm in my car and the modules are always quite large, this is a hack job amp install. Just a matter of tracing the wires making sure they are no longer hooked up and tear them out. My main concern is finding my rear door panel speaker wires, any idea what color they might be?
I'm gonna remove the pwr window motor and see if it moves with battery power, if not I'll just leave it out until I can get a new one with a rod.

I would pull the deck from the dash to start...you might even consider pulling the seat(s) and folding back the carpet to trace any hacked aftermarket wiring. I wouldn't trust any of it unless you ohm it out and are certain of its point A and point B. It may take a little surfing but there are color code charts all over the internet. I'd try to find 2 or 3 charts to compare as I've seen some differences in what's posted. Take a camera as well as your tools to the wrecking yard or to another parts truck and take photos before and during your parts gathering. BTW...I'm not aware of any F150's of any year that had 6x9's from the factory. Good luck with your reworking and just approach it methodically and practice patience. I know...easier said than done! Wish I could help more.
