I'm currently having the same problem, I've checked bulbs, and fuses. Any help would be appreciated. Also when the hi beams are turned on, the indicator light on the dash does not light up either.

Check the fuse. There is usually a fuse for JUST the high beams. Typically speaking. I'm new to the fords.

check to see if your truck has a high beam relay, if it does it may have gone bad.
