Hey fellow ford fans!
So I have a 1998 f150 2wd pushing 186hp and 250 torque
I want to keep it all motor and get my 5.4l to 350-450 hp
And 400-500 torque. And the recommended tranny.
I need a list of roller rockers cams pistons rods ect...

You might try the Aftermarket section of the forum for more product data to get your 5.4L to 450 hp. Sounds like a great motor build.

 

Get yourself an old school 460CID. You'll get your numbers with that....stock

 

It should be a fun build mark lil

And try I was thinking the 302 boss motor since it comes pushing 35 hp but then I have to construct a new motor mount.. so I was looking to increase a new 5.4 so it'll fit right in still.
