It's like a humming/ grinding noise coming from either my compressor or power steering pump or pully. just need a little advise.

 

Start with the cheap parts. Remove the serpentine belt and check the tensioner pulley and the idler pulley. These are very common parts to have the bearing go bad and they make a lot of noise when they do. Also they're easy to change.
