is there a way to find codes on this truck by holding trip meter and starting like on 97-03 models or however that works on those models?

i have a rough idle and there was no cel or any lites on until i pulled cop wires off trying to find which plug or injector was bad

 

just thought i would try starting it with the trip meter button pushed like on 97-03 models, it worked, got the following.

i can guess what some mean, tach = rpm, fuel pressure, speedometer, etc but the rest is greek to me.
any mechanics here?
