Hose Name?
The hose with sheathing. Been looking for the name of it for an hour.
Sorry I didn’t get great pictures. It’s this hose. It’s slightly leaking on this end.

It appears according to the Motorcraft catalog that the KH450 is only for the 2007. Please note this is strictly for the inlet hose. Use your VIN to confirm.
The quick disconnect at the firewall is likely going to be very difficult to disconnect, be prepared. Depress the locking tabs and use a twisting motion to break the O-rings free and work it back and forth to free the bond. Don't use pliers as they will crush the heater core tubing and it will leak forever.
