I have 2003 4.6 f150 the horn does work. Took the horn off and bench tested the horn, it works. Check the hot wire to the horn and get no volts when the horn is presed is press. The ground to the horn is good.The fuse is good, the relay is good. Help!

 

Probably the clock spring in the steering wheel (it gets it's name from it's appearance, not it's function).
Check the relay first, but its usually the clock spring.
