Angry hesitation when accelerating and rough running

I have a 95 ford f150 5.0 V8 XLT I've made a post before about this but I've done some more work on it and its still having the same problem ill explain the best i can on what's happening with it, it usually hesitates in 5th but happens in all the other gears as well but its the worst in 5th like when your in 5th it'll hop sometimes but usually you can have your foot to the floor and it just doesn't wanna go and if it dose it'll go very slowly then it seems fine, same thing in other gears as well but like a said not near as bad ive changed the throttle position sensor, MAP,EGR valve ,purge solenoid, tune up kit, fuel injectors, I've changed more on the truck but that's what i can think of at the moment but i just wanted some other opinions the last thing i can think of would be the catalytic converter because if you let the truck run for literally a minute it is damn near red hot and i know that a clogged cat can cause these exact problems that I've seen from other people and other a thing is that its running really rich but anything helps thank you!!
PS my year of truck dose not have a MAF sensor it has a MAP sensor

Well, clogged cats happen from misfires. So, if that engine came in the truck from the factory, it may be well passed its expiration date. Time for a compression check.
