Default Help with Vacuum Port!

I have a 2001 F-150 Supercrew 2WD and I can't seem to figure out what connects to port in the middle of the picture. The port is located on the back side of the throttle body adapter and my truck won't run with it open. I was changing the plugs and I don't remember unplugging anything from it. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks. I forgot to mention that it's a 5.4 engine. Does anyone have a pic of the regulator or where it is?

Default Duh!!!

Well, despite my own stupidity, I found the disconnected line and everything is fine now. Thanks for the help!

Your brake booster hose should be what is hooked to that port. It might also be the hose that goes to the vapor management valve on the firewall to the passenger side of the brake booster
