Default Help please

first off hello everyone. I am new to this site and to Ford trucks.
I have an 06 F150 Lariat. The low beams are very dim and yelowish. I don't know if it's a related problem but the radio has horrible reception when the lights are on. I would like to find the problem for both of these issues.
I checked all of the grounds I can find and cleaned then up.
Put new bulbs in with no change. High beams are much brighter than low beams but they aren't what high beams are supposed to be.
Checked voltage at the plug high beams have 12.5V and low has 11.7V
did voltage drop test form battery to ground wire at plug and check fine. (0.01)
please help.

Sounds like you need new headlight buckets. The plastic lens gets dull and yellow over time with uv exposure as well as being sandblasted by road grit. They sell lens repair kits and I've used a few of them in the past but it's been my experience they don't help as much as they cost.
