Default Help! No Dash lights

I was driving to work the other day and my dash lights cut out. Upon further review I realized I also had no fog lights, taillights, or park lights. My head lights still work and so do my brake lights. My fog lights work but only if my head lights are turned to brights. Checked fuses and all appears to be well. Even replaced them just I'm case. So im assuming it's a relay... But what one and where? Any help would greatly be appreciated!

Most relays are under the hood with the power distribution box, but not all. I found several under the pop out on top of the dash of my 2000 f-150. Get an owners manual for your truck, for locations. BTW: usually headlights and brake lights are separate circuits from the rest of the lights and unrelated to the ignition circuits that power other lights.
