Default HELP! Led Issue

Okay, so, I recently purchased LED replacement bulbs for my stop lights and the left one works perfectly fine and everything functions normal. But not so much my right one.

When my driving lights are off and I brake they both work except the right one only does it about half power. When I do left signal they both blink and the right one only does it about half power. When I right signal, nothing.

When my driving lights are on, both are lit up bright as should be, when I brake only the left one works proper and lights up more, when I right signal nothing happens to either.

I have a EP27 flasher unit installed so I didnt have to use load resistors. But in the fuse panel along with braking and signalling I here other clicking which I have never heard before. (And I know what the flasher sounds like its not that)
all the fuse are good but im not sure about the relay thats ticking. Can they go bad?

Other info, my front signal lights work perfect as should be.

So please help! Anyone with any ideas?

The clicking may be a light relay that's going out but I suspect you have a bad ground. 90% of light issues are bad grounds. BTW LED's draw less power than standard lamps so you may need a different flasher
