Help? Engine question!

My 98 expedition had a misfire in cyl 3 ...... i changed the coil and all was back to normal...... a few hours later the cel came back on and the scanner now says running lean in bank 1 and 2. Any suggestions or ideas to solve this?Thanks in advance! I should also mention its a 5.4 L triton.

You have a vacuum leak the PVC valve hoses run close to the numbeR three coil they may have been deteriorated and when you changed the coil you broke one or you could have unhooked one
