Default help

I have a 2001 ford f150. it has been running sluggish as to the point where you push the gas pedal and it barely moves its not the transmission. I changed the fuel filter but didnt help much. i started to replace the one spark plug and it has oil all over it and the coil pack had oil on it once i removed it as i have never seen that before. the spark plug was tight. so i am hoping its not a blown head. any suggestions. the spark plug was well over due.
