Default Help!!!

Hey all. I've got a 2006 f150 xlt. Recently fly have had some front end suspension issues I've been working out, from rotors, tie rods, brakes and such. Its typically of my truck to be a little shakey in the front, waiting on parts to replace things. Inget this constant shudder around 50 mph especially on deceleration. Today while driving i coasting down a hill around 50mph shudder happening and all. Then in an instant I heard and felt a decent clunk and everything went smooth like it was brand new. My temp gauge dropped a little cooler than normal, but then went back to normal. No codes have been thrown, but something cant be right. Any help with this anomaly would be greatly appreciated.

4wd 5.4L 185k. plugs, coils changed 6 months ago oil changed last week. Along with a radiator flush. Brakes and rotors in the rear last week. I'm pretty regular with maintenance on this thing.

Alright alright, sooo ngk plugs, cop's are motor vector off amazon had great reviews, tested them all no problems.. Anyway I've solved my problem. My thermostat took a crap leading to the wild temp gauge readings. Replaced that all good. As far as the clunk and shudder my IWE solenoid went out halfway engaging the 4wd, replaced that checked the lines. Everything is back to normal. Thanks for taking the time. I appreciate it.

info is key to helping you solve a problem... you never mentioned the coolant temp problem... i suggest you replace those NGK plugs with some motorcraft SP546.. you will thank us later.

But I love ngk. Theres a brief mention of the temp gauge but No no in all seriousness I will thanks for the suggestion and specific plug number I will order those for sure. I know routine maintenance and quality parts are key for these 5.4 3 valves.
