Default help 2004 e350 lean codes

I have a 2004 e350 that has 240,000 miles on it and is my camper van. It has a 5.4 in it and i have been battling codes p2195 and p2197 . I have been trying to find a vacuum leak for a long time and found nothing with brake clean , water or propane . No luck . At that point i had a friends 5.4 complete motor and started to check out things to compare and see what is going on but when my motor is hot they are very close to the same data . I found these codes come on when the motor is cold and both sft are at 32 % .This will get way better when the van runs , long trims and short will go to 0 and hover around that for the most part never really going over 10 or -10 . I checked and replaced the mass air flow sensor and all four o2 sensors along with intake manifold gaskets , right side pvc , also i taped up all vacuum lines to help seal if the were leaking but made no difference . No luck , so i built a smoke machine with a paint can to find the leak but find any leaking other than the iac out of the vent for a bit then it stopped leaking.I went ahead and took it apart and cleaned it with brake clean but it looked clean , I tried to take off the egr to clean that thinking that maybe some times its stuck open sucking air then closing when its warms up . Im at a loss and tight on funds to pay a tech to look at it , I can post the freeze frame of these codes if it would help some one to see what its doing when it logs it i will have to type it all of it up .

Replace the intake manifold O-rings, specifically where the plastic upper and lower bolt together. Common problem. They shrink over the years of expanding/contracting all the time which is why you can't find the leak.

Im a little confused on where they bolt together .I replaced the intake manifold gaskets and the intake manifold from what i saw was one unit . But if it comes apart i could have over looked it when I was cleaning .The only other oring that was with the kit was for the throttle body housing . Thanks for replying .
