Default Help!!!!!!!!!!

Can anyone tell me why my brake pedal isnt coming all the way back to the top. I have a 86 f15o the clutch pedal works fine. Could it be the booster?

you check the brake fluid level? do any work on the breaks recently? A leak or lines needing bleeding can do that.

Be sure to check the master cylinder (MC). In order to see if it is leaking you need to unbolt it from the vacuum booster. Leave the brake lines in place all you need to do is unbolt and move the MC away from the booster just enough to see if there is any brake fluid leaking out, if you see any at all the MC is bad.

thanks for your help. someone else told me the plastic bushings on the pedal will cause it also. make sence??????
