Okay anyone have any ideas on this.....When we switch the control in the cab to floor or defrost and floor it blows only defrost yet if we switch to panel it will blow panel. Just can't seem to get any heat to blow on the floor and at -33 degrees Celsius today....would be nice to have warm feet!!

I have the same problem. Did you get a fix for this?

 

Likely a vacuum leak. Probably at the actuator that moves the diverter door.
