I recently replaced my heater core, alternator, and belts and my truck is running better than ever. with one slight problem... my heater doesnt work. even after driving for a while and my engine is hot it still just blows out cold air... any suggestions?

 

Assuming that both heater hoses are hot, it sounds like the blend door is not working.
