Default Headlight issues

I have a 2010 f150 fx4 I was installing led headlights onto it, I got them installed and they didn’t work only if you did flash to pass, so I took them out replaced the original headlights back into the truck and now with the original headlights back in still no low or high beam but flash to pass works, all running lights and dash lights come on but no headlights, also noticed the high beam indicator doesn’t come on when the lights are on and you flip the high beams, where should I start?

Disconnect the battery and leave it disconnected for a good while, maybe 30 mins. See if that clears it up.

The Headlights have there own fuses located in the interior fuse panel. It's located behind the front passenger side kick panel on the floor by the front passenger door. Looking at my owners manual (PDF) for my 2011 Lariat, Fuse #16 - Right Low-Beam Headlamp. Fuse #17 - Left Low-Beam Headlamp. Both are 10A (RED). Then, Fuse #39 High-Beam Headlamps, 15A (BLUE). Check them. I'm not seeing any relays associated with the Headlamps, at least on mine.
