Hello all. Just got a 13 platinum f150. LOVE THIS TRUCK! First truck purchase, buddy with a FX4 talked me into it and now I'll own a truck for as long as I can afford it.
My issue is the HD Radio option on the radio is missing. I have the Sony system, but when going into the radio I dont have the HD toggle button on the right. I took it to my local dealer and after about 2 hours waiting ,they came back to tell me it just works when in range. My friends fx4 has the same system with the toggle and the specs show it should be there. I've searched the Internet high and low and forums left and right but can't find anyone else having this issue. Any suggestions would be great! So far I've pulled fuses, done a master reset, and upgraded sync to 3.8 per the owners portal. All to no prevail. Thanks again!
