Default Hard shift?

Only happens sometimes first to second gear
It don't happen every time and some harder then others

05 f150 5.4L auto

Had tranny checked they said it was good! Any other ideas???

It went to the shop they dropped the tranny said it was good

I have the same problem in my 2006.... Some days it doesn't do it, other days it does it like that's its job. But it feels like it's in the rear end, not the tranny. I changed the fluid in both the transmission and differentials a few thousand miles ago and didn't notice a difference. But then I replaced the rear shocks last week and I've noticed a big difference.

Ya I have heard some ppl say to do a tune up and spark plugs?? But idk what the problem is and I want it fixed...
