If anyone has a 2011 truck and they want to update the diffs - you'll have to order gears only from Ford! My gear shop ordered gears from a third party source believing this 3.73 set fits all Ford trucks from 97' and up (including my 2011 F-150 XL), and when they try to put it in, the pinion bearing was loose on the pinion shaft. Evidently Ford changed the diameter of the shaft in the diffs without advertising this fact. So I had to shell out $1,000 to get the genuine Ford gear set. The diff shaft in 2011 trucks has different diameter than the shaft in 2010 trucks.
