Which fuse is it?!

Which fuse is it?!
Hi all, so my OBD reader & my cigarette lighter do not work. I have a 2007 F150, 4.6 XLT. I had a friend come and check that said all the fuses were good and it's a wiring issue. I've researched, and I seem to get mixed responses from google & the owners manual. Some say it's 41 and others say 110. Now the 41 doesn't have a fuse in it & I attempted to put one in there, but it's loose. And yes the correct fuse a 20A.
My concern is that it's the 41 fuse.
Any ideas? Suggestions? Anything else I can look at? I know wires can get tricky and as much as I like to be a Youtube mechanic, that is something I won't dabble in on my own. Plus, I hate taking it to shops, because as a woman, some people like to try to talk circles around me. And I'd much rather have some background/knowledge before going that route.

Look in your owner's manual again. Find the listing that includes the cigar lighter and the diagnostic connector. That is the fuse in question.
Ignore both Google and Youtube. Go by what is in your owner's manual.

This site has the actual wiring diagrams:

If you have to take it to a shop, take it to a car stereo/alarm shop. They're generally better at wiring than mechanics.
