Fuel System Clean
2014, XLT Screw 5.0L, 4x4
Coming up on my 150,000 mile service interval. I was talking to the service dept at the local dealership and one other service they recommended was a high pressure fuel system clean/treatment. I've heard of fuel system cleaners that are fuel additives but have never heard of this particular service. I guess my question is this: Is this service really worth it or should I just look at a good additive to clean the injectors/fuel system?
