Default Fuel Pump Driver Module

I have been having issues with my 2001 F150 5.4L 4x4 not starting (cranking but not turning over) and had it towed to a Ford dealer thinking it was possibly the fuel pump. Dealer said there were no codes on the fuel pump and said my battery needed to be replaced. $400 later, I go to start my truck - same thing, nothing. In looking through the forum, I'm thinking I have a bad Fuel Pump Driver Module and have one on order and should get it this afternoon. The crazy thing is, we took off the spare tire and can't seem to find where it's located! My Chilton manual has no schematics, and I can't seem to find schematics online. Can anyone tell me where I should be looking??

You can get the disk or use the dynamic online version, online being more accurate because it's always updated.(same info dealer tech's use)

Also the cheapest version, $11.00 for 72hrs. Just pick your year model.

Thanks! I will check it out, it looks like it might be helpful (although I was hoping for free, but $11 isn't bad!!)

On doing further research, I'm coming to the conclusion that maybe the 2001 F150 doesn't even HAVE a Fuel Pump Driver Module! Now I'm more confused as to why it will sometimes start and other times just crank and never start.
