04 expedition with a 5.4. Car dies after 5-6 min of running. I change the fuel filter engine runs great and strong for about 24 hours. Engine starts dying like you're starving it. At first it was emissions codes. I've replaced MAF, EGR, PCV Valve, and about 4 fuel filters... I'm taking down the tank this weekend. Is there anything else that it could be outside of trash in the tank or a bad pump?

 

Hard to say without putting hands on. If you decide to change the fuel pump, make sure you get a genuine Ford pump. I've never had any luck with aftermarket pumps.
