Default fuel issue

2009 F150 4.6
Cant seem to figure out what is going on and would love some help diagnosing this problem.
Symptoms all started after a 3 hour drive when i stopped to fill up
symptoms:
Truck has loss of power and bad idle
Fuel gauge and miles till empty stopped working
truck has stalled 3 times over the past two days
added 10 gallons of gas and the miles till empty showed 30 mile till empty and is ticking down
Only codes it is throwing is p2195 & p2197 (O2 sensor banks 1&2)

And for a twist my power breaks stopped working.

brake issue, along with stalling and O2 codes, bad idle may be caused by a large vacuum leak, like the line from the intake
manifold to the booster

Found a massive vacuum leak on my break booster and repaired. Idle, loss of power, and breaks are now fixed, but my fuel gauge is still acting crazy. When i fill up it only shows half a tank and then as i drive my miles to empty ticks down like a timer.

Also changed the purge valve solenoid thinking it was stuck open and that didn't fix. Just read a thread about the fuel pump driver going out on trucks in my date range. hopefully that will get it because i really dont want to drop the tank!
