Fuel gauge issue
ok, so the fuel gauge seems to work fine until it drops to about a 1/4 and a half a tank. Then it drops to below E. When I put fuel in it it goes back to the appropriate level. But do I really trust it? Is there an easy fix? Like I said, it seems to
be just fine until it drops to right above a quarter of a tank then it goes to complete empty. This is a 2000 f-150 with the 4.2liter v6. About 140,000 miles. Long bed with 30 gallon tank I presume. Thanks!
