Default Front end suspension problems

When operation truck with the wheels turned hard especially to the right my wheel feels like is slips at at certain point while rolling. I have observed while in motion and do not see any abnormalities. It feels as if it only happens at a certain moment of wheel travel but again i have not been able to isolate. Th truck also vibrates and shakes a little on braking at high speed......I think new struts will solve that. High speed is the only time it happens. And rotors and pads are new. Will the struts solve wheel slippage as well or is that more ball joint related? Any helpful advice and suggestion is appreciated.

It is not a 4x4. Not sure about CV joints. I have had the wheels balanced and checked a few times. They always check out fine. No missing lugs.

Have the rotors checked, just in case maybe break-in was improper and they warped, even if new.
