Hello y'all first time on here to ask a question I just got through putting all new front end on my 97 f150 and when I finished my steering wheel was off so I took and used string from front tire to back tire and got my tired aligned but my steering wheel is still off and my driver side tire rod is all the way twisted in and my passenger side is all the way out what have I done wrong

 

Welcome. At this point, I would seek a professional alignment for further assistance. Sometimes, we have to throw in the towel!
