Front Driver side squeak......

Front Driver side squeak......
All of a sudden I have a annoying squeak coming from the front left tire of my 2000 F150 xlt 4x4...
Let me start by saying I rarely drive truck anymore, last March hit a curb in snow storm and bent rim slightly. Truck ran fin except for around 55 mph got some vibration... Going to have looked at and rim swapped for spare..
But for the new issue..... not sure if there is addditional damage fromthe curb but all of a sudden, last 2 days there is a dreadful squeak when driving and when parked when I trurn the wheel to the left or right. Also notice when I bet in and out a little. Put window down and boy is it loud and annoying.
Idea....ball joint? Or could it be part f a bigger prob from the curb incident..
Any help appreciated...
Going to bring to a buddy who owns a shop that I trust but want to get some ideas first..
