My front end was all over the road so I purchased new bushings for the front end. After I had replaced what was there, I noticed the center drag wasn't there. I returned to what I believe was the site I had made my purchase from and noticed that the kit that I had bought showed the center drag but was not checkmarked on the list. I have tried searching for the drag only and failed to find one identical to mine. What I do find is that I should have ordered a different kit. I also did search a Ford site that claimed what I was looking for was discontinued.
the truck is a '91 f150 custom, L6 2wd. I did see online from Napa, boot replacements for center drag link. But when looking at mine, the boot doesn't have a clip. It looks attached some other way. Like it's factory glued or something. Is there possibly a recessed groove for the boot?
