front brake problem
Depending upon which year your F150 was built, check for worn wheel bearings/hub, insufficient or improper wheel bearing grease, excessive bearing preload, caliper pistons are not moving freely in their bores.
Update: Provided the caliper sleeve boots are in good shape, the caliper guide sleeves/pins or guide sleeves/mounting bolts (made up tight) should slide easily and the calipers will "float" while caliper pistons are fully retracted.
Check for each of these issues, and you will likely find the culprit.
