Default Front axle problems

I have a 2005 f150 4x4 and I've been hearing a roaring/rubbing noise. Hard to notice going slow but when I go 45 I can hear it well and the faster I go the louder it gets. There is also vibrations. I only feel it when going left but not right. It's not the bearings because I replaced it and it still did it. I jacked the truck up and it seems to be coming from the axle between the differential and the cv shaft on the passenger side. I just changed my differential fluid and it was white so I guess water got in the diff. Someone told me it was a bad iwe solenoid. Any ideas on what it could be?
