Default Frame was cut! HELP!

Have a 2011 F-150 that was rear ended. Was not told they would cut the frame! Are they allowed to cut the frame? Ive heard of straightening it but never cut? It wasn't deemed totaled at time of accident but this is just as bad. Any help to my situation would be much appreciated!

it will be fine if they weld it back together and then gusset it. I know for some vehicles you can buy replacement frame sections, and cut your old one out and weld a new one it. It's really nothing to worry about.

They did some crazy stuff at the body shop when I worked at the dealer. 99% of the time it ended up stronger after they got done with it. And Im guessing they didnt cut the frame rails, maybe the cross bars and supports, but not the frames themself.
