Default Forgot the Friction Modifier in my Rear Diff!?!

Good Day All; I am trying to be calm here but I am shaking in my boots!

I just changed the rear diff fluid (75W140) in my 2005 SCREW. I swear to the Gods I was told it was an open rear end.

I just checked my Axle Code on my door and it shows "H9" - which is a 3.55L! I have driven around 100 miles without the Friction Modifier!

Did I smoke my rear diff? If not can I drive 50miles (round trip) to work tomorrow and then add the FM after work?

Any help = ice beers when you are in Cleveland!!

Sorry to sound like a noob here! I swear "they" said open rear diff!

Thanks, as always folks!

UPDATE: I lucked out. There was just enough room to add the Friction Modifier. I went for a test drive, mostly to mix the oil.

Somebody please tell me 100 miles did not hurt anything - just so I can sleep better...or sleep at all!

Thanks again Folks!!

ive heard that all the friction modifier does is prevent hypoid gear noise forn the clutches when pully heavy loads so as long as your werent pulling loaded trailers it should be ok
