Question Ford F-150 1989 power problem

I have an 89' F-150 Lariat XLT 4X4 with a 351 Windsor V8 Small Block
Today I noticed i had no dash lights so i looked at the fuse box and found th 5A fuse was blown i replaced it only to find nothing had changed

later on in the day (closer to evening) i noticed that i had no headlights

so my problem is
I have lost power to odd things as follows:

Has no power :
Headlights
tail lights
instrument panel lights
stereo
interior overhead lights
power locks

Has power:
Brakes
Blinkers
Ac/ Heater and blower
Hazard lights
Power Windows
under hood light

The truck starts with NO Trouble at all
i have checked all other fuses
in the under dash box
none are blown
i even replaced the headlight switch which did nothing

i inspected all visible wires under hood and under dash nothing seems burnt or shorted. just no power to those certain things.

can anyone help me and point me in the right direction

Default

I am at work now and if memory serves me, there is either a relay block or fuse block just to the rear of the air filter box (on an 89 bronco xlt). Mine is rectangular, about 1 1/2" by 5".

Default thanks

there is a fuel pump relay and an electronic emissions control relay
as ell as a eec test relay

i dont see any others and if there were more i dont think id know which one to look for

i dis connected one at a time and found that if any werent present the engine wouldnt start which suggests to me that they are all in working condition....well at least the ones i have listed
