You don't have to flush out the old, they can be mixed.

If you just want to get back on road, then just add it. But if you want to do a proper flush, I’d return coolant from dealer and start from scratch (you’ll need at least some 100% non premix to get to proper ratio). Yellow coolant from big box stores in fine IMO.

When I did my flush I used garden hose water (engine running) with a continuous feed bleed for about 20 minutes followed by three fill and drains with distilled water. I fully warmed engine and drove about 10 miles then let sit over night, to cool each time, and drained the next morning before the next fill with distilled water. On final drain I measured the amount of distilled water that was drained. In general only about half of the water in your cooling system will come out if you use the drain plug. You need to know the capacity of your cooling system for example lets say it is 20 quarts and in that case the amount of water drained needs to be about 10 quarts so that when you refill with 100% coolant your final concentration is 50/50.

If it busted I'd say it pretty much self flushed and add whatever yellow it takes to fill it. I'm lazy and count cooling system repairs where fluid is removed as cooling service and reset the service time. Legit five year services without repairs inbetween I pull the block plugs/drains and do all that, have even gone so far as removing the thermostat and plugs with hose running water in it (Jeep 4.0L sludge factory).

Topping off, Draining and Refilling:
• Motorcraft® Yellow Antifreeze/Coolant can be used to top-off or entirely replace (drain and refill) antifreeze/coolant in vehicles factory-filled with Motorcraft® Orange Antifreeze/Coolant and Motorcraft® Specialty Green Engine Coolant.
Flushing:
• Flushing the cooling system is not required prior to entirely replacing (draining and refilling) Motorcraft® Orange Antifreeze/Coolant or Motorcraft® Specialty Green Engine Coolant with Bittering Agent with Motorcraft® Yellow Antifreeze/Coolant if the cooling system is not contaminated.
