Default Fluid change

I have 68k on my 2013 and was wondering if it would be ok to change my transmission and rear differential fluid? I've read mixed information about changing fluid with less than 100k will harm the parts.

I had my 2007 tranny fluid changed at about 60,000
The rear end spec said something like "lifetime" iirc.

You can change the fluid if you wish, just use the correct spec fluids, now it may not help but it certainly won't hurt anything.
