1999 F150 with a brake light and turn signal issue. It keeps blowing #13 Fuse while driving only. I've checked numerous other posts and they all seem to say the same thing, wiring harness in the steering column. My question is: No one has a deffinite answer as too if it is a fix or not? Just trying to get some answers on the right track before I spend a lot of time for a wild goose chase. Does anyone have the right answer? It would be greatly appreciated if I knew exactly what I'm looking for going in?
