Default a few problems.......

1. when i bought the truck the check engine light was on giving and "insufficiant flow - egr" code
i have replaced a sensor next to the egr, valve ive replaced the egr valve, and i have cleaned alot of the holes in the throttle body the it connects to. now i have given up on it. anyone know of something else i can do to maybe get rid of this code?

2. the heat shield on the passenger side of the exaust next to the transmission lines have rubbed a hole in one of my lines and am now leaking tranny fluid, i replaced it with a high pressure hose and hose clamps and it worked fine for 2 years, now the leaking problem is back and my gas mileage has gone down, any suggestions?

3. i have noticed a build-up of oil on the driver side of the engine where the oil filter is, i cant tell if its leaking or not but ill change it soon. but i do have a computer plug that is hanging down next to it and dont know where it goes. my oil pressure gauge does work and there is a plug that is plugged in near the oil filter but i have another one that is just hanging.
any ideas?

4. i had a blow out going down the highway at 70mph the other day and it folded my fender under just a lil bit but i also noticed that my leaf-spring is a lil out of whack too....how do i fix this?

i know this sounds like its alot and prolly should just take the radiator cap off and drive a new truck underneath it but my truck is paid off and i cant afford a new one right now, and repairs are much more affordable....so any ideas or advice i can get would be great, thanks

A bit rambling but here are a few ideas:

1. If you use the code and search this forum you may fine some help. If not done already using the code and doing a Google search should give you some possible fixes for your issue.

2. Try to either move the heat shield by bending it or moving the hose out of the way by tying it up so they are not touching.

3. The little build up is probably due to the filter being just very slightly lose. Just see if you can turn it another quarter turn to tighten it.

4. More info is needed.

Good luck.

you know how the leaf-springs are supposed to be in a straight line? well they are not...i have one pointing in one direction and the others are pointed in a different way, think of an "X"
