F150 not idling right after new coils

Question F150 not idling right after new coils
My 2005 F150 stx was missing, had it scanned and it showed a misfire from cylinder #6. So I changed plugs and coils. Now the missing is gone and it drives fine, but while stopped in traffic it idles down and will completly quit. I took my fuel rail loose to change one of my coils,
It made it easier to get to. Would that have anything to do with this? If not,
What could it be?

Did you disconnect the battery to reset the pcm?
