F150 E Brake Cables

My First Post
I just purchased a 2000 F150, 4.6 regular cab 136" wheelbase. I am having issues finding components for the e-brake system.
The e-brake on my vehicle has a 4 cable system: the first cable goes from the pedal to mid frame and it was is in place. The next cable in line, which goes between the first cable and the equalizer, was missing along with the right rear cable. I was able to source both the right rear cable and the equalizer at the dealer and Napa. The dealer does not show the intermediate cable on their reference diagrams. I havent been able to find it at any of the internet auto parts suppliers either.
I would like help locating this intermediate cable and the connector, don't know the proper name for this, which joins this and the front cable. The front cable has a standard ball end.
