Hey guys,
i have ab 09 F150 5.4L FX4. It makes a random knocking noise once in a while then goes away after I hit the gas or when I start to slow down more. Any ideas or any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

While looking for solutions to a 4R75E transmission issue I happened across the following "The appearance of knocking noises is a symptom of a transmission bad valve body that occurs when the vehicle speed is reduced, driving in reverse or changing gears. If when slowing down, putting the reverse gear or changing the gear you hear knocks. These types of noises also indicate that the valve body isn't in good condition."
