Default EVAP won't complete

Hi all, new to the forum. Just bought my son a 2006 F150 extended cab, 5.4 Triton, Lariat 4x4 and the EVAP won't complete.
There are no codes or MIL light on. Everything else completes just fine but not the EVAP system. I have erased everything and 1 by 1 each system completes with various amounts of driving. The Catalyst being the last, but not the EVAP.
Has anyone had this happen? I live in GA and have to do an emission test, do you think it will pass?
Any wisdom is appreciated! Thanks.

If there are no fault codes, it shouldn't fail for THAT reason. But only the inspection station can tell you if it passes. Keep the engine running while waiting - it needs to run continuously for at least 10 minutes before testing.

This caption explains how to complete a drive cycle on an older OBD-II Ford:

2000 year vehicles and newer are allowed 1 system to be not complete and pass the emissions test. On some vehicles it can't be the cat that is not complete but that doesn't apply to you. On many vehicles the EVAP requires very specific driving from a cold start to complete.
