Recently i drive into the store parking lot hit minor bump..no issue...turned off my 2009 f150 4.6 v8 xl and went into the store then left that store went to another place for about an hour and turned the truck back on and three lights showed up on the display...

Wrench symbol...
Stability control...
Airbag light on hud on driver dash section

I ran codes with my reader and also have taken to a shop with prof obd type readers and nuthing is coming up as an issue...does anyone have any thoughts on what possibly could have happened?
