Default Erratic idle after plug change

Let me start off by saying this is my first post but have been reading on this forum for several months. You guys seem to know your stuff. That being said, I have a small issue.

This weekend I decided to change the oil and spark plugs in my 2005 4.6 Screw. Everything went ok changing the plugs..no problem. Only issue is now at idle the rpm's go up and down, from about 500 to 1000, nothing major but it didn't do this before. By the way I used the NGK Iridium spark plugs. Bad choice? I did a search and read several post before posting myself. Any info is appreciated.

By the way, it only does this at idle, normal driving is fine.

I am guessing that you unplugged a vaccuum hose when you did the tuneup
